If anything about your specific windows is unusual – bay windows, French doors, an oddly shaped frame – call us before ordering. What does the warranty cover?
All Ben Blinds products are covered against manufacturing defects on materials and mechanisms for 3 years. Because self-installed orders are fitted by the customer, the warranty does not cover damage caused during installation. Our installation guide is designed to make that process straightforward.
